This document describes how Ydeora collects and uses your data. It is updated whenever the service changes significantly.
Your email address (to create and secure your account), the content of the documents you write in Ydeora, the feedback you send us from the Contact page, the information needed to buy Pro (payment is handled by our provider: Ydeora never sees your banking details), where your first visit came from (source, campaign, landing page) and anonymous, cookieless audience measurements.
Only to run and improve Ydeora: authenticating you, saving and returning your documents, processing your purchases, understanding where sign-ups come from and how the site is used, and improving the product based on your feedback. No data is ever sold or used for advertising.
With our database host (Supabase), with access strictly limited to your own account: no one but you can view or edit your documents.
No commercial sharing. Only the providers the service needs process data, for that sole purpose: hosting and database, email delivery, payment, cookieless audience measurement and, when you use an artificial intelligence or transcription tool, the provider that processes the text or file you submit.
You can delete any of your documents at any time from the app. For any request to access, export, or fully delete your account, write to us from the contact page.
This policy evolves with Ydeora. Any significant change is announced in the app or by email before it takes effect.
